For best results, take clen in the morning or afternoon if you’re working out later that day. Taking this supplement after dinner could give you insomnia as it stimulates your nervous system; resulting in an overactive mind.
A typical clenbuterol cycle length for beginners is 2 weeks, though some individuals may use a week, 3 weeks, 4 weeks or a ten-day cycle instead.
Protocol for Safely Increasing Your Dosage
